This pattern is in CUT Nr. 8, 01/13. I knew I had to make one, since I’ve been wanting a backpack for the city. Also, I was able to use my leather left-overs from the shoes I made in London and practice sewing leather… I used some of the cutting/marking tricks I learned in the shoe course as well. The blue fabric is left-over material from the “Diva Coat” I made for the Burda Style sewing handbook… All I had to buy were the closures. I love this backpack and will probably make another one, out of leather entirely!
