This is from Vogue V1207.
While the colour is not so “spring”, I really liked the powdery finish to the fabric even though it’s polyester. It wasn’t difficult to make, except for the sleeve part which I had to adjust and readjust several times to get it just right. And whenever there are pleats and lining, it’s always a bit more work. But overall, I had a fun time making it.
By the way, if you are wondering if it is hard to wear, the answer is yes! It’s hard to raise my arms without the dress wanting to fall forward off my shoulders. I’ll have to get some double-sided tape to make the dress stay on my shoulders. I’ll probably wear it when I’m off to a nice dinner or to a spring or fall wedding.
Polyester, bemberg lining

It looks very good, but yes, I was wondering about the ease of wear…

I think with some double sided adhesive, it should be okay but yes, it will be hard to wear nonetheless so it will be more for a short outing (wedding ceremony, drinks) and probably not suitable for an all-day wedding :)

It does look great on you despite your misgivings about the sleeves. Will be trying the pattern myself very soon.
