Description

Vogue pattern # 8846. Love the idea/ look of this dress though it’s tough to see the detail with a print fabric. If I were to make this dress again I would probably use a solid fabric.

Material Notes

Satin, zipper, interfacing & thread

GASP!!! It’s AWESOME!!!! I was looking for reviews of this pattern and couldn’t find any, so I’m really happy to see what it looks like made up by a “real” sewist. How were the directions and construction? Any weird problems with the pattern? Oh gosh, I want this pattern :P

It was pretty easy to make, no real issues. It’s a little time consuming. I want to make it again in the same version only with the sleeves. Look forward to seeing it made by others, go for it ;-)

That dress looks. Fantastic. I lovvvvve your pattern, the pattern reads like a very modern solid. The back is so fabulous. Great work!
