Bury St. Edmunds...
It’s my daughter’s first Christmas, so naturally she needed a stocking. Not much will be going in it this year because she’s too young to understand, but I hope the different textures of the felt, the quilting and the ribbon will keep her entertained while I cook our lunch.
The applique is supposed to fray at the edges so that she can pick at it and is only attached with machine embroidery, rather than anything structural. I figure when she’s a bit older, she’ll need a bigger loot bag anyway so this is just a temporary solution. :)
