I really like those little yarn ties…at first glance when I saw this I thought you’d sewn little people in various motions all over the blanket! It made me use my imagination, and I like that :)

Lovely! You have made something very special- baby’s first quilt very often becomes their ‘blanky’ which always holds a special place in a child’s heart :o) I’m a big fan of rick-rack/picot edging too.
