the Pattern is based on a simple T. Measure from wrist to wrist, as long as the sleeves shell be and draw a line of this lengths on your pattern-paper. This is the seam of the sleeves and the neckline.
No1 in the drawing.
Then measure No2 and No3 for the sleeves, there are always right angles.
Coose the length for the jacket, No4 and automatically you have the hemline, No5
Now place line No6 – it is important, that the neckline is not too wide, so point a has to be as near the middle of line 1 as possible. Point b should be a few cm below the armpit. If it is to high, the binding will be uncomfortable.
You will need this pattern one time complete, with both arms for the back and one time cut on line 6 with only one arm for the front.
