I think this is called ‘biting off more than you can chew"! I wanted to make a couple of items for my wonderful friend Nicci who is due in about 9 weeks. But once I went into Spotlight and started browsing all the amazing cute fabrics I couldn’t stop at “a couple” and ended up making 4 plus a matching hat! These are the first sewing items I have ever made to give away to someone (excluding family) and I am glad to say loves them :)
Cotton print fabric, hammer-on snaps and various buttons.

These are so cute! I want to make “a couple” for my baby niece (7 months) as well. I have this Burda issue and just don’t know which patterns to pick cause they are all so adorable. Are they comfortable for the baby?

Hi libby, I know! They are all so amazingly cute thats why I had to make three different ones :) Unfortunately baby has grown out of them now but her Mum said they were really easy to put on her (good sized openings) and the cotton I chose held up well so I think thumbs up! Good luck :)
