I’ve always loved the vintage skirt patterns with the curved waistline, so one rainy afternoon I decided to try my hand at creating my own curved hem skirt pattern and voila! Thanks to some baby blue cotton I found in my ever increasing fabric collection and some beautiful old buttons of mum’s I now have my very own vintage skirt =)
(please excuse the crinkles… I didn’t have time to iron!)
Blue cotton for outer and a scrap of white cotton to line the top as well as 5 lovely white buttons

Hahaha, I hate ironing, so I understand you. This is a beautiful, quick (and it looks easy) vintage skirt. Love it!
