Inspired by the extravagant royal gowns of the Baroque age and the intricate columns of cathedrals and palaces, my design is very couture-like with the fan-out pleated collar balanced on a hidden mandarin collar, bishop sleeve and the intricately knife-pleated skirt.
Muslin (trial fabric)
Zipper (as opening for blouse and skirt).
Wilson (patient and artistic lecturer)
Jennifer (for her innovative ideas)
Group-mates and sewing buddies; Jacq and Janis (for accepting my theme)
Kaiming and Jessica (my very, very friendly seniors)
Zureena, Wardah and Mitch (for being there for me)
Last, but not least,
‘Marie Antoinette’ (for being a great muse)
