Finally finally got to sew the fantastic aztec/native american-inspired print I bought off ebay a while back. It took almost a whole month to get here from india! It’s a great ikat material and since I only have two yards, I’m using it sparingly. This was a quick-ish tank, it has just a plain white jersey back piece. The top is really simple, just a bit of shaping to the hemline to curve it over the hips and I sewed bust darts.
Loved the colors and aesthetic of this condo building lobby – not too retro, but paid homage to my fantastic city!
