This dress is abosultely lovely…. when I first saw the pattern I liked it straight away… Having seen this creation I like it even more… it has convinced me to make one myself… I live in Australia and we are still in the middle of summer… So it will be well worn…Thank you

I have been looking at this dress for a while. Wasn’t sure it was for me until I saw a dress in Mark by Avon that was really similar and love the look of. the dress I saw has 3/4 sleeves and the fullness falls just under the bust. How would I adjust the outer dress to do it this way?
