Yeah, I like this one.
Tough army green fabric with a slight sheen and cool texture.
The skirt is double thickness, with a panel on one side with perfect pintucks, a ruffly bustle type thing on the other side. Long thick straps to tie as you see fit.
This is a wardrobe element. I don’t want to tell you it’s a skirt, it’s a top, it’s this, it’s a that. Play with it and see what you like. Maybe it’s a collar for you. Or a hat. Or a garter belt.
Made from scratch by me. One of a kind.

17" top to hem
