Description

This dress is pretty much like the first one, apart for the skirt which I made into a yoke to have the drop waisted effect. I used a wide tape bias binding for the cuffs and around the neck (I wanted some for the hem too, but ran out).

Hope you like it.

100% cotton fabric, polyester mix lining, 100% cotton bias, zip and thread

    It’s nice. I like the first one a bit more, but I think part of that has to do with not having the contrast on the skirt of this one. The contrast on the first one really helps the fullness of the skirt pop.

      Yes, I agree. I like it, but I think the fabric is very busy in a strong sort of way. I actually wanted to add black or white bias tape instead of burgundy, but lost the bottle at the last minute… I should have. Thank you. :-)
