I’ve started in the middle and worked down to the “skirt”. It was easier to take care of the width. The pattern was made by myself.
Sorry, I can’t say how I did it – I cannot read my notes twice (look at picture) :-)

I even have a problem with the second sleeve or front piece. If it is too much time inbetween I can forget my notes…
Thx for your nice comment.

Yowza, this is absolutely stunning. I would totally buy that as a pattern for myself (…if I knew how to knit!). Awesome work!

I made some controlling notes – but I couldn’t read them twice… look at my new picture just posted. It everytime depends on how thick the wool is, what needles you use and your own “handwriting”. Some people are knitting very loose, some are very close… If I knit exactly from a pattern, I am not satisfied with the result. So you have to find “your way”. Thank you for you nice words. Best regards from northern Germany

I start knitting two years ago and with every piece I like the challange more. Now – where I am older (45), I have the patience if it doesn’t fit like it should, I do parts of it again. If you look at my grey pullover from last year, I had to do the front part 3 times until the pattern and the correct fit was like it should. So try – best regards from Germany
