Cedar Park, Texa...
This is my first submission to Burdastyle.com’s Projects. I look forward to anyone’s feed-back.
In Central Texas, it is very warm this time of year. Last night, (Nov. 18) it was 77 ° f at 11 PM. Therefore, short-sleeves and medium-weight cotton is usually in demand. I fell in love with this Phillip Jacobs “Garden Party” fabric, and had to make a simply cut dress in order to make the most of the print. I used Vogue 8469, with a couple of small alterations; v-back, and short sleeves without the elastic called for in the instructions.
