A project for my mini line for Local Honey , the bustier was my first try and turned out pretty well. I must say, when making something with this many seams, make sure to fit it over & over. It must be perfect! If you are off by 1/8 inch it makes a huge difference…
As for the skirt, it is an extra long pencil style skirt, yet with chiffon cutouts for a very flowy look. This was an experiment with the maxi style, and has turned out quite well. The main fabric is a cotton spandex blend, which is somewhat stretchy, but will definitely add a zipper next time.
