Coat made from Style 101, Burda 9/2010.
I made this for Daughter No1 from the most amazing fabric from Rosenberg & sons. It is quite chunck, and very heavy! The lining is a raspberry cupro. The pattern originally had a concealed button placket, but as I’d bought some fabulous green buttons, I didn’t want to hide them! This coat fits her beautifully, with no adjustments at all. Only thing I would do if I make it again is to find somewhere for pockets. A coat needs pockets!
wool tweed with cupro lining.
