Autumn Anita

Added Jul 24, 2008

by shirliza

Wangen, Germany

The first piece of my this year´s autumn collection. I used burdastyle´s Anita pattern, but modified the legs so that they are more straight an less narrow now. I´m quite satisfied with it but I made some mistakes (e.g. the position of the left pocket is wrong). I had to take in the waistband enormously, because I have a strong hollow back.

Material Notes

stretchy denim, linen, rivets

Thanks for your comments! @EmilyKate: I bought the rivets in my local fabric store here in Germany. Handling them was easier than I thought.

I like the topstiching on pockets. Simple but efective!
