Description

This is another paint and sew project made easy with a purchased stencil. My daughter-in-law is a big Hepburn fan so I made her this girlie apron. The rhinestone buckle, polka dot ribbon, and organza hem border makes it completely feminine. I washed everything before sewing so that the apron can go in the washer and dryer with no problem. I never researched this but as I was designing the apron and wondering where to put the rhinestone buckle and ribbon, it seemed natural that it would be over her image. I too think I’ve seen pictures like that. Don’t know if it was a headband or a hat but I’m sure that’s what influenced my decision. Thank you for your remarks!

I was wondering how many people would think it was just a trim at the top of the apron. It’s fun that you “got” the headband concept! Thanks for commenting.
