This is one of my entries for the swimsuit cover-up contest put on by Craftzine. I can’t wait to see the winners! Wish me good luck!:] ………………………………………………………………………………………………..
I worked on an old uniform. I didn’t liked these big ugly pockets, so I cut out this part and made a short shirtwaister[this was really hard] I made the belt loops and decorated them with ribbons, so you can add a belt. Sleeves are shortened and also decorated. To made it fit me, I narrowed it and made darts on the back. Sweet, girly and at the same time elegant shirtwaister looking dress. Embellished with colourful ribbons. These around the hips accent your perfect curves! This candy-striped dress is perfect for summer outgoing:] Easy to wear, it has snaps. Wearing this be sure that you stop being unnoticed!:] And everyone will be attracted by the colours!

I agree with auntibrig! You can make the most boring clothes look so elegant, cool, hipp… whatever suits you… but it’s all for the better!! You are very very innovative and I’m kinda jealous cus I’m not ;-) but I’m working on it =)
