This is my first project from the wonderful Drape Drape books by Hisako Sato. Super easy, quick to make and very wearable. A couple of other Burdastyle members have made this before and it is really flattering.
This top is probably one of the most practical things I’ve made in a long time. It sits really well and is really comfortable. It falls beautifully so I can be comfortable in it all day, especially useful when you’re in front of a class!
I hadn’t used these pattern books before but I found the instructions really straightforward. I’ve started another one of these tops already and have almost finished another couple of Drape Drape projects.
Loads of fun! I blogged about it http://sewsmitten.wordpress.com/
