I used two layers of fabric instead of one and shorten the pattern to be a blouse instead of a dress. I also didn’t use a zipper because the crepe chiffon is quite easy to squeeze through.
It was quite an easy project besides from cutting the chiffon which is always a nightmare.

thanks! I used a bias strip for the neckline, and finished the sleeves and hem with my (beloved) overlock machine set on a decoration stitch
