Description

I could not wait to sew this gorgeous dress when it appeared on Burda Style pattern page for the first time, so I immediately started to look for fabric to start my project. It is based on Seamed Shift Dress 08/2014 #104B Burda Style pattern. This pattern stands out and it was very interesting and easy to sew this model.

I skip lining because of fabric. It is heavy weight dress jersey and it sat nicely without lining as well.

I would like to recommend to keep the dress a little bit loose on the back so it would not get wrinkles. Mine is tight, but I decided to keep it that way because of my body features.

I love this dress a lot and wore it to one of the concerts at The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

Thank you! I think that costume wools with some stretch knit would be good as well.
