Yes I have a pattern in the french book “Intemporels pour bébés”. But it is easy to cut it out yourself approximatively based on your child’s size or a child’s t-shirt.
For my boy’s apron, I put bias all around, with one piece going around the neck and one piece around the waist.
For my girl’s one, I put bias only around the neck and the (partial) armhole.
