Description

I made a variant of the two tone apron, adding a fully lined top and more panels on the side to vamp it up into a cute summery dress. It also still functions as an apron, keeping you super tidy.

I love your little apron sundress! It was extremely creative & very cute.

I redid mine (not in the 50-also a sundress) with a few more top defining details & will post new pic tomorrow.

In the 70’s I bought a few “aprons” at a lake retreat which were labeled as aprons-but, I saw as more of a dress. I wore them until they were rags!

I am impressed with your conceiving the concept!

This looks like a cute dress. Is it an apron?

Yep, its an apron too. One of the ties gets pulled through a buttonhole on the other side of the apron so it is still pulled around to tie in the front, just like the two tone apron.
