i was making a crinolin for a dress up toy for a 5 year old’s b-day. thought i had the waist measures right and tried it on my 3 year old and it didn’t even fit her. so i folded it in half and stitched it shut. i think it is very retro looking. even a little queen of hearts looking.
tulle, satin/silk, heart buttons
