Fluoro yellow Jenny for a fluoro themed party! I added hip panels, because a fluoro skirt can never have enough flair. I took lots of shortcuts, since this skirt was to be worn for one night only. No lining, altered the waistband. I can’t wait to make this pattern again for a real skirt.
