Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This coat is for my mother, she wants a black coat but her skin is pretty dark, so I use some contract colors —gold buttons and yellow check fabric in it, used the same pattern of my down coat, it comes out totally different look.
The idea of the color contract is from a street dog in my community, she already lived there for years and everybody call her ‘yellow’ , she really looks like a yellow fox, and always comes to me whenever I walk by with my dog. Recently she has 3 babies with a black dog, 1 yellow and 2 black, the black ones has some yellow fur around the eyes, legs and ass hehe , kind of looks cute to me… so I think black with yellow - not bad
