The thing is, my boyfriend wears old band t-shirts OR shirts I made for him, there just are no other flavours ;) This one is, once again, based on the tailored shirt block from Winifred Aldrich’s ‘metric pattern cutting for menswear’, but this time I halved the collar stand because my boyfriend has a fairly short neck and kept pushing the collar flat on his other shirts.
thin and not static mystery fabric in a colour that equal parts gray, brown and purple.
jersey snaps, which are not half as annoying and ridiculously time consuming to put in as the normal kind.
Ms. Aldrich for the pattern instructions
Erik, for giving me a chance to do menswear (and for being generally great, of course!)
