High fashion or the garment anyone loves to hate? Opinions about jumpsuits can vary wildly.
I made my first one last year and I keep coming up with new ideas. Of course, making my own patterns helps both with getting the style I want and with fitting.
This is my third jumpsuit and I love how it turned out.

I love your jumpsuits! I’ll be checking your blog out some more (I had to look at your first and second jumpsuits!), but I was wondering if you had any tips for making a jumpsuit?
I’ve been toying with the idea of dressing as Kaylee from Firefly for Halloween, and a jumpsuit is a must! Unfortunately, the only real jumpsuit patterns I’ve been able to find (so I can at least have a basis) is something that’s WAY too low cut or made for a man. That’s my number one sewing project this Summer, so I’ll keep you posted. :^D
As always, great work, and thanks for the inspiration!
