I used the Lydia sleeve pattern, but you can use any other random sleeve pattern or just cut the sleeve of a shirt which fits you well (the fabric should be the same quality though!)
Aside from the sleeves I didn’t use any pattern, just pinch and pin ^^
btw without my dressform I would be sooo lost =)
