For Ring Stays:
Fold the ring stays in half the long way, right sides together, and sew along the edge to create a tunnel. Turn right sides out. Press.
Place ring stays around the rings you’ve chosen for your bag (2 on each side) and baste the ends of the ring stays on to either side on the side panels as marked.
