For Shoulder Strap(Piece 9):

With the pattern pieces for shoulder strap press fusible onto the “wrong” side of each of the pieces. Sew them together, right sides together, leaving a little opening on one side (see suggested marks on the pattern) to have room to turn it inside out at the end.
