For Tassels:



Cut (2) tassel pattern pieces out of leather or like fabric. Slash upward along the lines as marked on the pattern to create the slashed tassels. Place the knot of the cord in one corner at the top of the tassel, so all the slashed pieces are hanging down.
Fix the knot onto the corner of the rectangle with glue.
