Step 1
Cut fabric. For our bigger scrunchie, cut 22″ × 4 1/2". Less width also looks nice. Depending on the thickness of your fabric, you may want more or less length to affect the bunching. Cut the elastic. We cut ours 10", but again, depending on the stretchiness of your elastic, you may want more or less.
