I found this wonderful animal fabric and wanted to make a dress out of it that would showcase the print. I decide on the pattern for A-line Dress 08/2012 #115, but I only had 2 and 3/4 yards, so I decide to use the short sleeve version that is associate with the pattern for Peplum Top 08/2012 #113 (all part of the same pattern). I did not have enough material to make bias tape, so I just used a generic red bias tape.
I believe the fabric is Alexander Henry Animal Kingdom – red on a beige background
