This project illustrates how quick and easy it is to sew with jersey. You don’t even need an overlocker (serger) although it’s even quicker if you have one.
Practice sewing jersey on this practical project and impress friends at the gym.
This is a two-way stretch printed cotton & lycra jersey. For success go for a jersey that has elastine or lycra added. Plain cotton jersey doesn’t have enough stretch but is still a.possibility.
You will 1" soft elastic for the waistband.

Hi Crystal,
Sorry, your message on my wall was read but I just got too distracted.
I’d love to do a catsuit pattern. In the meantime you could consider adapting my body pattern. Of course if you are looking for a sleeveless catsuit then the body is perfect.
If you want sleeves then use the top of the jersey polo neck dress. Consider carefully what you should do at the neck. You have to get into it, otherwise you will need a zip up the back.
Good luck with it.
