I know that Spring is just around the corner and that I am a bit late getting this project posted but we have plenty of chilly days ahead where a lovely chunky scarf would be a very welcome accessory to a coat dress or lightweight suit.
Or just throw it around your shoulders when you are out and about in shirt and jeans.
Also I am sure friends in the Southern Hemisphere will welcome some ideas for cosy knits.
Chunky wool of your choice and fat knitting needles – that’s all.

Thank you all. I would love to do more knitting. There just isn’t the time which is why I stick to simple things that I know I can finish. I shall publish some patterns at some point though.

You’ve definitely inspired me to get started and buy some needles. The last thing I knitted was the front panel of a baby jumper for my cousin’s baby girl that I didn’t finish. She now has a baby herself! I never casted on or held the wool like that and I can’t wait to give it a try.
