Burda Style For people who sew

I was dying to use that fabric I got at IKEA and the pattern of “Charlie Reusable Grocery Bag” seemed to be perfect for it.
Despite the pattern being perfect and even the clear instructions, as a beginner, I didn’t notice at first that there was nothing about the filling on the text. When it hit me, it was too late. I managed however to hide the overlock stitches, but I think that it could have been better.
Probably for an experienced seamstress, such detail wouldn’t have been a problem, for a beginner though, it is not always that simple. I’m learning how to sew by “trial and error”. No courses or books so far. It would be nice if all instructions were at least complete….
