Description

I found this fabric at a thrift store for like 50 cents. There wasn’t much of it, but I loved what was there. I like the weird sort of quasi art deco pattern, mixed with some seventies flower power. The fabric feels soft and fuzzy. It doesn’t have much give to it. I don’t quite know what it is, some poly blend.

At any rate, it seemed like I had enough for a short Anda dress. I like the way it turned out, but the shoulders are a bit wide and are constantly slipping off one side or the other.

What a great find! This look great! I like Mary’s tip for the shoulders – I usually just put a small pleat in the back, but her’s is a much more elegant solution!
