This is Amy Butler’s Chelsea bag in an Alexander Henry fabric, which I love! It was originally meant to be a Christmas gift, but I loved it so much that I made another (in the same fabric) to give away and kept the original! Amy’s pattern was pretty straight forward and easy to understand. The only tricky part is getting the handle to look nice and neat, but the second one I made came out very crisp. I’ll make lots more of these. I think I might just stash some in the closet for moments when I need a quick gift! I rarely sew for myself, so to keep this one was a real treat! Sorry there’s only one photo, I’ve been super busy with the holidays and just snapped this one real quick on my cell phone as my bag was sitting on my desk at work. It’s fully lined in a navy Kona cotton.
