I found the pattern for this blouse in an old Burda magazine (8/2009 nr 117). It was really easy to make, although I needed some help with “rolled hem stitching” the edges of the ruffles (Thanks to KateXXX for some great advice!)
The spread in the magazine was called Très chic and I do feel kind of french and chic in it ;-), plus it can be worn in many different ways.
Silk, interfacing

nice, very elegant! I’d say with the rolled hem it would be intermediate.

You might be right. I made the rolled hem on an overlock though, which is quite easy, so I didn’t consider it a difficult feature. But I guess most beginners don’t have one, so I suppose you’re right :-)
