Love the tulip skirts at American Apparel but the jersey ones are a bit too short and $$$ and the fleece ones are too long and don’t come in the color I want. Soo.. I decided to throw together one of my own and formal it up a little bit. Covered thick elastic belt + zipper in back since the fabric isn’t stretchy + pockets + little front pleats.
