Alligator costume for my toddler. Sorry that the pictures are bad, she is in a “no picture” phase. I used Simplicity 2506 pattern with a few simple modifications: no cuffs at sleeves, no elastic at the legs, added zipper instead of velcro, and had to add some extra material in the crotch area (apparently my kid has a long torso). I didn’t really like the separate hood because the tie kept bugging her. I think that I will be able to use this again next year by letting out the sleeves and legs.
Lots of green flannel!
