Channeling the 1940’s, using Simplicity 3407 from 1940, and a soft vintage-floral looking chocolate brown craft cotton. 11 self-covered buttons down the front, ‘v’ insets at the waist (front and back), dart-fitted sleeves with shaped cuffs. A sash that ties in a bow at the back, two patch pockets with curved tops, and a hand-stitched blind hem. I feel all prim and proper and 1940’s-ish in it. :-)

Love it. Funny thing is, while you feel “prim and proper” in it, I was thinking I would feel sexy as all getout in it. So it must be an all-round winner!
