A variation on BurdaStyle’s free “Alison” pattern. I used a bikini closure on the back strap and sewed the halter shut, ‘cos I didn’t have enough fabric to make long straps. The 0.8m of blue lycra was all my local fabric store had!
I ended up having to use a few darts to make it fit properly; the pattern wasn’t very clear. I’ve learned from my mistakes and would make another one, but I think this is passable.

I think this is more than passable. It looks great but I know what you mean about learning from each project’s mistakes.
