This is an apron I altered for a costume (Alice from the game Alice: Madness Returns).
The apron was tailored to create a more angular shape. The pockets were added to the front, and the waistband altered so that it fastens with snaps.
I also created a bow out of an old shirt, with a paper mache skull glued to it. The bow attaches to the back of the apron with a snap.
The ‘blood’ is water and acrylic paint.
