this was my Halloween costume for 08 i used the Sadie tank top pattern for the top and a circle skirt pattern for the skirts. there are 3 skirts one double layered tulle skirt, one lace skirt and the blue skirt.
Material Notes
i used a blue stretch satin and a vintage lace i had lying around. also tulle for the volume
