My sisters school has a fiftys theme carnival every year with a costume contest and she won! I used simplicity 3836# . I pretty much followed the picture since thats what she wanted. I changed the apron though because i liked it better that way. I also added the buttons on the cuffs. I changed the buttons on the shirt to snaps and glued the buttons on over that way it still looked like it buttoned. I didn’t finish the hem since she probably won’t ever wear it again! My mother in law made the little tray.

And I love this one much better than the other one (sorry if I offended anyone! :-))! No wonder she won! It’s great!
