I am an intermediate sewer in high school, this is not my first garment project. I apologize for the bad pictures, alas, the only photographer available was my sister who does not have very steady hands. It was my first time sewing a vent, which I think worked out great, in the future I might do a wider vent. I installed a lapped zipper, which was fun. The hook and bar was a major failure, it opens every five seconds. I made it from a sheet so it cost me next to nothing. In the future I will use real fabric and line it as well. Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome. It was not very professional, I am working on a less homemade look, I do not have a serger, but zigzagged seams, more pressing, etc.
